1. Eligibility: This promotion is valid for residential homeowners within the service area of Total Home Energy Systems. Offer is not valid for rental properties, commercial installations, multi-unit dwellings, or properties located outside our designated service zones. 2. Offer Details: Qualified customers who purchase and install new HVAC equipment during the promotion period will receive a bonus gift card: $100 gift card with the purchase and installation of a single HVAC unit (furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump) or a $200 gift card with the purchase and installation of a complete HVAC system (heating and cooling equipment purchased together). Gift cards will be issued upon installation completion and customer account payment in full. Offer applies to standard residential applications only. Non-standard installations, upgrades, or additional materials may be subject to extra charges. 3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from December 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Purchase agreements must be signed within this period, and installation must be completed no later than January 31, 2026 subject to change by company, to qualify. 4. Limitations: Offer is valid while equipment, inventory, and installation capacity remain available. Limit one gift card offer per household. This promotion cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts, rebates, or promotional offers unless otherwise specified. 5. Determination of Eligibility: Eligibility is subject to verification by Total Home Energy Systems. Customers must ensure safe and accessible installation conditions. If unsafe, non-compliant, or non-standard conditions are identified, additional charges may apply, or installation may be declined at the installer’s discretion. 6. Non-Transferable: This promotion is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for credit toward future services, products, or outstanding balances. 7. Changes to Offer: Total Home Energy Systems reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. 8.
