We had issues with our heat earlier in December, and Cronin Verheul/Total Home Energy Systems sent Mitch out to help us very quickly. Unfortunately the part we needed wasn't available from Lennox but they found creative solutions to get us heat back very quickly. He was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable and educated us on the issue. Couldn't recommend him/the company enough! We bought our furnace and air conditioner from them years ago.
