Offer Details: Qualified customers will receive 20% off the regular retail price of our Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Bundle, valued at approximately $1,800. The IAQ Bundle includes professional duct cleaning, ultraviolet light installation, and a high-performance air filter. Offer applies to standard residential systems only. Non-standard installations, additional components, or modifications to existing HVAC systems may be subject to extra charges. 3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from November 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. Appointments must be scheduled and completed no later than December 31, 2025, to qualify for the promotional rate. 4. Limitations: Offer is valid while appointment capacity remains available. One promotional discount per household. This offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous services and cannot be combined with other discounts, rebates, or promotional offers. 5. Determination of Eligibility: Eligibility is subject to verification by Total Home Energy Systems. Customers must ensure safe and accessible equipment and ductwork conditions for service. If unsafe, non-compliant, or non-standard conditions are identified, additional charges may apply or service may be declined at the technician’s discretion. 6. Non-Transferable: This promotion is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for credit toward future services or products. 7.
